Defense Attorney Richard Gaxiola, affiliated with the case, urges everyone to refrain from premature judgment and/or any negative perception on bikers nationwide. Much has been debated recently in the news media regarding the alleged facts of the Chino valley incident, however, we should all keep in mind everyone is presumed innocent under the law, even the bikers among us. Far too often, society has placed a negative stereotype over bikers nationwide. Bikers especially should consult with an attorney in any situation that arises where allegations of criminal misconduct occur.
