Four OMCG members arrested over alleged robbery Strike Force Raptor

Strike Force Raptor officers have today arrested four members of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang as part of investigations into an alleged robbery earlier this year.

About 6am today, officers executed search warrants at homes in Cambridge Gardens, Kenthurst, Tregear, St Clair, and Wyoming on the Central Coast.

Officers today arrested four people including a 32-year-old man at a home in Cambridge Gardens, a 32-year-old man at a home in Kenthurst, a 39-year-old man at a location in Smithfield, and a 25-year-old man at a townhouse in St Marys.

The four men, all alleged members of the Nomads Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, have been taken to Penrith Police Station where they currently remain.

Search warrants were also executed by police where they located and seized motorcycle club colours and clothing, about 0.5 kilograms of amphetamine, a quantity of cocaine, a quantity of steroids, as well as a variety of weapons.

Today’s arrests relate to investigations by police into an alleged aggravated robbery at a tattoo parlour in Newtown on 29 July this year, in which a Harley Davidson motorcycle and other items were allegedly stolen.
Strike Force Raptor was established by the State Crime Command’s Gangs Squad and is a proactive and high-impact operation targeting outlaw motorcycle gangs and their alleged associated criminal enterprises.
