W. Va. - CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Another defendant charged in the federal government's legal assault on the Pagan's Motorcycle Club is scheduled to plead guilty.
Richard Weaver is due in federal court in Charleston for guilty plea hearing Monday.
Weaver would be the latest of 56 defendants to plead guilty in the sweeping case. Among others, former Pagan's national president David "Bart" Barbeito and former national vice president Floyd "Jesse" Moore have pleaded guilty.
Weaver was indicted for racketeering and conspiracy, among other things.
The case originally included defendants from West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. Besides plea deals, one defendant died of natural causes while in custody.
