A gunman fatally shot an outlaw biker in the head in Queens Saturday and then calmly walked away, witnesses and police sources said.

John Giampetruzzi, 41, was found dead on the sidewalk on 28th St. near Ditmars Blvd. around 5 a.m. Police sources described him as an ex-con and a member of the Hells Angels.

"I came outside and saw a man dead on the sidewalk," Phillip Graham, 56, said. "You couldn't even see what the poor man looked like because of the bullets."

Neighbors said the gunman - who is still on the lam - approached the heavily tattooed biker, pumped his face full of lead and stomped on his head before walking away.

Sources said Giampetruzzi had several prior arrests, including a slew of burglary pinches and drug-related busts. He was convicted of second-degree murder in 1989, the sources said.

The shooting Saturday rattled residents, who never imagined such a crime could happen on their Astoria block.

"I've lived here 30 years and have never seen this kind of violence," said Margarita Diakakos, 54. "To see a man shot dead on your street makes you afraid."

The early-morning shooting was the latest in a series of unrelated murders in less than seven hours beginning late Friday.

At about 10:40 p.m. Friday, cops found a woman's body in an alley in St. Albans, Queens. Sources said her battered body had ligature marks on her wrists and arms, suggesting she had been tied up. Her death was ruled a homicide after the medical examiner said the unidentified woman died of internal bleeding, sources said.

The woman had two tattoos - "Zoe" on her lower right arm and "Libra" on her left chest - cops said.

Hours later, around about 2:15 a.m. yesterday, a 41-year-old man was beaten to death across the borough, police said.

Police said Juan Paucar, 24, and Brandon Perez, 23, chased Jose Cortes, a Mexican immigrant, from La Nortena on Roosevelt Ave. in Corona. The pair caught up to Cortes about a block away and used a belt and a chain to beat him to death, cops said. Both men were charged with manslaughter and possession of a weapon.

At 3:40 a.m., a 20-year-old man and his 18-year-old gal pal were attacked by a knife-wielding maniac in the Bronx, cops said. Troynisha Harris was sitting on a stoop with the young man on E. 166th St., in front of the Forest Houses in Morrisania when a man jumped out of a black Lincoln Town Car and ambushed them, sources said.

The man only got a gashed stomach, but Harris died at Lincoln Hospital. Police haven't made an arrest.
