Dennis Manning, of Bub Exhaust, went to considerable trouble and investment to be the first aftermarket exhaust manufacturer to procure California state exhaust certification, but he still is not in favor of the new bill SB435, Pavely is attempting to pass. Recently someone put him on a list of supporters for the bill and he needed to straighten out the record.
Senator Fran Pavely's office admits that BUB is not in favor of SB 435 as was listed in their Committee Analysis.
The question now is why?
"That is correct, BUB was listed on the committee analysis in error," said Daniel Seem, from the office of Senator Fran Pavley, 23rd District.
Today we spent most of the day tuning the Assalt Weapan for the Bub's Bonneville Motorcycle Speed Trials. "There are only 65 pre-registered motorcycles," said Eric Bennett, of Bennett's Peformance in Long Beach. The Assalt Weapan is one of them, we will work all weekend on the Bikernet Peashooter stroker. If we can get her done, that will make 66. Bonneville is an amazing historic place, and we will have another terrific time on the salt this September.
