WASHINGTON — Twenty-seven members of the American Outlaw Association motorcycle gang were indicted Tuesday on a wide array of charges linking them to criminal activity in their turf battles with Hell's Angels and other rival groups.
A 12-count indictment charges the men "participated in a criminal enterprise that engaged in a wide range of crimes, including attempted murder, kidnapping, assault, robbery, extortion, witness intimidation, narcotics distribution, illegal gambling and weapons violations," the Justice Department said.
The indictment was unsealed in Virginia after the accused members were arrested, officials said.
"Today's arrests of the national president and leadership of the American Outlaws Association mark another aggressive attempt by the Department of Justice to dismantle what the indictment alleges to be a gang whose entire environment revolves around violence," said US Attorney Neil MacBride.
The indictment alleges that the Outlaws is a highly organized criminal enterprise overseen by its national president Jack Rosga, known as "Milwaukee Jack," 53, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
"Under Rosga's leadership, the enterprise is alleged to have engaged in violent racketeering activities with the intent to expand its influence and control various parts of the country against rival motorcycle gangs, particularly the Hell's Angels," the Justice Department said.
Authorities said the Outlaws planned shows of force at various motorcycle events around the country and that in October 2009, Rosga directed members of the Outlaws to retaliate against the Hell?s Angels for their attack on two Outlaws members.
Outlaws members are also charged in what was alleged to be a racially motivated assault on a black man in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 2008.
The members are also charged with selling narcotics, engaging in illegal gambling activities, and the use illegal of firearms and other dangers weapons.
If convicted, the defendants face significant prison terms.

GatehouseNews Service Sean Mullin, CEO of B12 Technologies, demonstrates the crime fighting program his company helped develop.
Jun 15, 2010 @ 09:41 AM BROCKTON — Officer Scott Shields held up the oversized iPhone and snapped a photo.
Within seconds, that photo would match one of a man included in a test database.
It is part of a new facial recognition system now being used by Brockton police.
The system, called MORIS (Mobile Offender Recognition and Identification System), will allow officers in the field to take photos of suspects to be compared with a database now being developed by sheriff departments across the state.
“This is something the officers can access when they are out on the road,” said Police Chief William Conlon.
He said officers can take a photo of a suspect, upload it into a secure network where it is analyzed then learn – often within seconds – who the person is.
Conlon said the handheld iPhone device will likely be used by the gang unit initially until the department can get more of the devices through grants.
The device – with the necessary applications – costs $3,000 – and was made available thanks in part to a $200,000 federal grant funneled through the Massachusetts Sheriff’s Association.
Only $148,300 of that grant is being used for the system, which will eventually be used by 28 police departments and 14 sheriff departments in the state.
Brockton is the first in the country to use the device – other departments are expected to receive them shortly.
Sean Mullin, president and CEO of BI2 Technologies of Plymouth, said what makes the system unique is it uses iPhone technology to allow officers to identify suspects through facial recognition, iris biometrics and fingerprints – all on one device.
The BI2 system combines the iris identification system it developed with the facial recognition system developed by Animetrics of Conway, N.H.
With the iris recognition – expected to be added to the Brockton system in the future – suspects look through a binocular-like device which details the unique areas of the iris. That information is then compared with those of others in a database.
Paul Schuepp, president of Animetrics, said his system translates two dimensional photos into three dimensions for analysis, increasing the accuracy of identification.
The iPhone device Brockton police received is equipped with the facial recognition application but iris and fingerprint identification applications are expected to be added in the future.
Conlon said officers will be using the devices to identify suspects.
“We are not going to just randomly stop people,” Conlon said. “It will be used when someone has done something.”

Motorcycle riders need to demand that these agency’s investigate the law enforcement motorcycle gangs.
If they refuse to do so then their actions need to be exposed in other media sources.

Where do I find one of those emblems that say "F.T.A.T.F." meaning Fuck the A.T.F.?

Dont know where you find them. But if you cant find them I will have them made. For you or anybody else who wants one.
How many of those cops ever engaged in drugs, gambling and prostitution?
I dont know how many. But I do know when I refused to sell drugs out of my store for our Sheriff. He turned me into S.L.E.D.for alledgedly having poker machines. We have also had 2 whore houses in our county for over 100 years. But if me or you try to open one without cutting the sherriff in it will be closed down pretty damn quick. Now maybe I live in the only county in the country thats like that. But I doubt it.

That is going on all over the country.
Look into the activities of some of the Law Enforcement Motorcycle Gangs and they will make the clubs they are calling gangs look like Choir Boys.

Back in the day I use to cop, no pun intended, my coke from a county cop and I knew where the poker game was run for the second and third shift guys and there was plenty of illegal substances and working women.

You may also want to check into the activities of the Motorcycle Task Force.

Remember Rufus Poole, the "Little Governor", who was indicted by the feds on about 55 charges - RICO, extortion, money laundering, you name it? I don't know if I told everyone this, but last month he agreed to cooperate in an federal investigation which involves then-Governor Easley. They knocked it all down to just one tax evasion charge, so he will end up doing less time than Michael Vick rather than be put away, probably for life.

Crime doesn't get much more organized than that, but, other than my published suggestion, the NC executive branch was never mentioned in any newspaper articles as a candidate for the criminal gang watchlist. As background, Easley could not run again thanks to term limits, so the Lt. Governor who was part of the executive branch during this scandalous activity, is now Governor as a result of the ignorant electorate.
