See new "noise issue" in Falmouth and see how it is being dealt with in Falmouth. Be sure to check the bottom to see who are the Falmouth P.D. partners--- I was surprised. Comments? Good move or not? Their spending money on "warning" brochures is better than a ticket. I wouldn't want my name at the bottom of it though.
