A motorcycle rally was held in Eau Claire Saturday to warn people about keeping an eye out for them on the road.

Members of ABATE or A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactment's were on Golf Road near Kohl's with signs reminding people to share the road.

The group says May is Motorcycle Awareness Month. People at the rally say they've had some close calls and just want drivers to know their out there.

"We want to make people aware we're out here on the road again and we want to share the road way with them we don’t want people running us over and we don’t want our motorcycles to get in their way," says Jim Miller an ABATE Member.

The group says there were about a dozen other rallies across the state and a few were also held last month.
