LONDONBERRY, N.H. (FOX 25 / myfoxboston) - A man believed to be affiliated with a motorcycle gang was arrested early this morning in connection with a weekend shooting at Luigi’s Pizza in Londonberry.

Kristofer G. Haken, 30, was arrested and charged with simple assault from an unrelated case and first degree assault and felony reckless conduct in the shooting.

The incident took place on Friday at approximately 8:40 P.M. Police responded to Luigi’s Pizza for reports of a fight and gunshots. When police arrived they found that an innocent bystander, Jared Pellerin, 18, had sustained multiple wounds from a shotgun round.

Pellerin was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital for injuries that were non-life threatening.

An investigation revealed that three groups were involved in the fight: the Outlaws Motorcyle Club, Hells Angels Motorcycle Club and Milford and Company Motorcycle Club. Each member was wearing an insignia.

The fight allegedly started inside the establishment and spilled over into the back parking lot, where the gunshots were heard.

Further investigation found Haken as a suspect in the shooting of Pellerin. He is believed to be affiliated with the Outlaws. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Manchester District Court today on all three charges.
