Bikes Are Back In The Big Easy!
“Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler”, or “Let the Good Times Roll” is the theme for the 2010 Bike Week New Orleans, May 5th thru 9th. The main festival grounds are right on the banks of the Mississippi River at the “Riverwalk”, and are filled with endless music, motorcycle displays, amazing cuisine, bars, shopping, and fun. The Wall of Death, Freestyle Motocross and the Ball of Steel will amaze you. The Limpnickie Lot builders, G. Smith Motorsports, Bourget Motorcycles and Can Am Spyder Roadsters (with demo rides!) are providing just some of the chrome eye candy. The world-famous girls of the Broken Spoke will take care of the rest!
Daily live entertainment is at its best with the sweet sounds of the local favorites and national acts. Bad Company former lead singer Brian Howe, Country’s Sammy Kershaw, former New Orleans Saint Kyle Turley and the unique Wayne Toups and ZyDeCajun will compliment the Broken Spoke’s Ferrell Webber band plus a ton of great cover bands. The outrageous comedian Gallagher will be splitting a few melons, and your sides, with his Stuck in the 60’s tour.
