The NDAA also violates Article I, Section 9- suspension clause, Article III, Section 2- grand jury indictment, Article III, Section 3- Treason, 1st amendment-free speech , 2nd amendment -right to bear arms, 4th amendment -secure in persons and papers, 5th amendment- due process, 6th amendment- speedy trial , and 8th amendment- cruel and unusual punishment.
Precisely why we now have the Department of Homeland Security. DHS is simply an unspecified military force. Since they are not technically part of the Armed Forces they can be used against US Citizens. If you doubt they are military in nature just take a look at their uniforms and equipment.
