CA - face painting, balloon artists, clowns, can someone help?

Greetings! I hope that all is going well this summer. It's hard to believe how fast it's going. I'm writing because we are planning the San Diego Ride for Kids in support of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation to take place on Sunday September 22. This is the first year that we are going to have activities for the families and kids. This is where you can help: Do you know of any face painters, clowns, magicians or any people who would be willing to donate a couple of hours and provide one of these services? I'm sure you understand that non-profit charities have limited resources for these things, which is why I'm reaching out.
Perhaps through school, church, work, neighborhood?
