Channel 2 News A suspect in the deadly motorcycle gang shooting at John Ascuaga's Nugget last September pleaded guilty on Friday.
Vagos motorcycle gang member Gary Rudnick pleaded guilty to second degree murder in Washoe District Court. He'll be sentenced in December and could receive up to 10 years in prison.
Police say Rudnick incited a fight between the Vagos and Hells Angels which resulted in the killing of Hells Angel Jeffery Pettigrew.
Fellow Vagos, Ernesto Gonzales is also being held without bail on an open murder charge for allegedly firing the shots that killed Pettigrew inside the Nugget during last year's Street Vibrations in Sparks.
And another Hells Angel member -- Cesar Villagrana also faces charges accused of shooting two Vagos that night.
