I do humbly and respectfully make petitiion of your excellency to exercise your regal prerogotive on assenting unto law the "Crimes Amendment (Consorting and Organised Crime) Bill 2012" and either refuse assent, withold your assent for further examination or pass it back to the parliament for amendment and further members' consideration and debate.

I do humbly make this petition on the grounds that it is socially unjust, it may well present constitutional challenge at significant taxpayer expense, it dismisses the Rule of Law as to right to challenge by any subject of such order, it denies Natural Justice to the subject under this Bill, it contravenes Common Law rights as to secret evidences used and other and I believe it not to be in the best public interests of the citizens of this State.
