NEW ZEALAND - Police raid Filthy Few Motorcycle Club in Tauranga

One man has been arrested after armed police executed a search warrant at the Filthy Few Motorcycle Club headquarters in Tauranga this afternoon.
Inspector Karl Wright-St Clair said police seized a large quantity of alcohol from the Birch Avenue property about 3pm.
Police believed the alcohol was to be sold illegally, he said.
The search warrant was executed under the Sale of Liquor Act and armed police were at the scene as a precaution.
Wright-St Clair said one man was arrested for obstructing the search.
"Police will be making further enquiries in relation to the illegal sale of alcohol at the premises and it is likely charges under the Sale of Liquor Act will follow," he said.
Police expected to be at the scene for some time.
