By rights', you have the Right to ask for the Officers' Business Card. By LAW, the office HAS to present his/her Business REPRESENTAION to you. It is best to ask for the Business Card at the time when the Officer first confronts you at the stop. If, you do not ask for the Officers, Business Card, you might be confronted with an "Inpersonating an Official Officer of the Law."
THIS ARE THE STEPS I TAKE EVERY TIME AND ONLY ONCE THE OFFICER DID NOT HAVE HIS BUSINESS CARD AND HE STATED HE RAN OUT. I SAID, I NEED ONE OR I WELL CALL THE SHERIFF OF YOU'RE POSSABLE IMPERSONATING. believe me, the officer walked back to his vehicle and called for an officer with a Busness Card and the second officer presented his business card as witness to the first Officer.
Too too meany people get arrested without a remedy, because of not knowing the proper procedures. I learned all this by having a Lawyer as a friend.

You must be in control at all times !!! The Law Officers work for the money makers, "the Federal Courts". Not you. The Officials have to answer to the Federal Courts, 24/7.
