San Bernardino, CA - Guilty Pleas Entered in Professor Kinzey Case

Two defendants accused in the trafficking methamphetamine with a Cal State San Bernardino professor have pleaded guilty.
Two defendants, who authorities say took part in the trafficking methamphetamine with a Cal State San Bernardino professor, have pleaded guilty, according to reports.
On Monday, Stephanie Danielle Padilla and Elaine Linda Flores pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute illegal drugs, according to a report by The Press-Enterprise. Both will receive sentences of 210 days in county jail to be served on weekends, the report said.
Steve Kinzey, of Highland, is a professor of Kinesiology at Cal State San Bernardino. He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale, receiving stolen property, participating in a criminal street gang, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm.
