TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute motorcycle gang member faces charges in federal court.
Brian Ellington was a member of the Sons of Silence motorcycle gang.
Ellington was indicted on August 24, 2011.
He faces charges of possession of more than 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
He faces between ten years and life in prison on that charge.
He's currently in federal custody and being held at the Vigo County jail.
