Washington - SPOKANE-- Judge agrees to Hell's Angels member's plea deal

SPOKANE--A federal judge has agreed to a change of plea from the leader of the local Hells Angels.
Ricky Jenks was arrested in March on felony firearms charges.
The judge in the case originally rejected this plea deal last week, but on Friday agreed to it.
The deal calls for at two year sentence and three years of probation.
Sentencing is set for October.
