Canada - Transcona shooting not linked to biker gangs

OFF THE WIRE
Winnipeg Police say two of the three victims from Sunday night’s triple shooting are known to them: but the motive for the attack remains a mystery.
A 26 and 30 year old were shot in the upper and lower body and a 29 year old man was hit in the lower body just after 9 Sunday night at 39 Lou Peltier Crescent in Transcona.
As of Monday morning all three men are in stable condition.
Police say they do not believe the shooting is connected to the ongoing biker gang war between the Hells Angels and the Rock Machine, which has been plaguing the Winnipeg streets for the last couple of months. Police don’t know what sparked the shooting but say either the address or victims were targeted.
A witness who was standing out on the street in the Kildonan Green development tells Global News she heard two gunshots, then turned around and heard four more.
She then ran into her garage for safety.
The woman didn't want to be identified but said there was no yelling or fighting before shots were fired.
The neighbour says there were about a dozen men in their 20's standing in the garage when the shooter came out of no where and opened fire. A truck blocked her view of the shooter but she could see the flash coming from the gun.
Then the man fled between two houses.
Neighbours say the man who lives in the house, in his 20's, moved in this spring there has been a constant stream of "body builder type men" going to the home.
Police say there is one suspect, but no description of the suspect was released.
