You will find a complete list of all the sponsored legislation as well as comprehensive information on upcoming events and photo pages of past events. You can also obtain a membership online.



There is no doubt that in the future the crackdown on motorcycles (some of it warranted, much of it not) will continue. Likewise, the increase in technology (cell phones), poses a direct threat to the safety of bikers.



You have a chance here to have a say in what affects us as well as just ride and have fun. Please consider doing so.



District IV's monthly meetings are held the on the fourth Thursday of every month at Septembers Lounge, located at 92 View St. in Chicopee, at 7:30 p.m. This month's guest speaker will be the always engaging Gene Carabine who heads ups the Massachusetts Rider Education Program for the state Registry of Motor Vehi- cles.



Goings On: On April 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tibby's Harley-Davidson, www.tibbysharley.com, is having a customer appreciation day at their Berkshire Avenue location in Springfield. There will be sales and discounts available.



On April 10, the Massachusetts Biker Information Guide will celebrate its first anniversary with a Breakout Ride and Kickoff Party. Assembly starts at noon at the Headquarters Bar & Grill on Springfield Street in Agawam. The ride will go to 3:30 with an after party from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be food, vendors and live music.
