SAMSULA, Fla. -- It's a Central Florida attraction like no other-- coleslaw wrestling during Bike Week.
The event happens each year at Sopotnick's Cabbage Patch Bar in Samsula.
Bike Week in Daytona Beach draws hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts to the area, and visitors know Wednesdays are the day for coleslaw wrestling.
Chopper 2 flew over the packed event to spot several of the cabbage-laden match-ups.
Sopotnick's has been around for decades -- as early as the 1930s by some accounts.
Coleslaw wrestling isn't the only event the hot spot is known for. It also boasts wet T-shirt contests and other competitions for "sexy bananas" and "hot buns."
Wednesday's weather was much more favorable for coleslaw wrestling than last year, when temperatures hovered in the low 50s.
