Bail has been denied for one of two men police say are associated with the Outlaws biker gang who were arrested after a car crash last Friday.

Keith Nolan, 26, of Richmond Hill, and Mark Cleary, 29, of Peterborough, were charged following a single-vehicle collision on Hunter St. E., in front of the Quaker Oats office building.
Two men inside the car were injured and a third man ran from the car, police said.

His footsteps were tracked through the snow. During the search, officers found a discarded loaded revolver, along with ammunition, police said.

Police said all three men were wearing clothing indicating they were either members of, or supporters of, the Outlaws biker gang.

Nolan was denied bail Thursday and will remain in custody. His next court appearance is March 22.

Cleary was scheduled to have a bail hearing Friday but his surety could not make it to court to post bail on his behalf. He will appear in court Monday by video.

Cleary is charged with impaired driving, breach of probation, careless storage of a firearm, occupying a vehicle while a firearm is present, possession of a restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
