An expected bail hearing for one of the men police say are associated with a known criminal organization has been put over to Friday.

Mark Cleary, 29, of Peterborough, made a brief court appearance on Wednesday and remains in custody.

Cleary and Keith Nolan, 36, of Richmond Hill were charged following a single-vehicle collision on Hunter St. E., in front of the Quaker Oats office building on Friday.
Two men inside the car were injured and a third man ran from the car, police said.

His footsteps were tracked through the snow. During the search, officers found a discarded loaded revolver, along with ammunition.

Police said all three men were wearing clothing indicating they were either members of, or supporters of, the Outlaws biker gang.
Cleary is charged with impaired driving, breach of probation, careless storage of a firearm, occupying a vehicle while a firearm is present, possession of a restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance.

Nolan is charged with careless storage of a firearm, occupying a vehicle while a firearm is present, possession of a restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
Nolan is scheduled to have a bail hearing on Thursday.
