GOVERNMENTS WORLDWIDE ARE CRIMINALIZING MOTORCYCLE, RIDERS AND DENYING THEM THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!

If you belong to a motorcycle club, attend motorcycle runs and activities, or simply ride a Harley Davidson motorcycle while wearing traditional biker apparel, the following information applies to you.
During the past several decades, there has been an intentional, systematic encroachment on motorcycle riders’ Constitutional Rights by the U.S. Government and its agencies. These actions selectively criminalize, isolate, and profile those of us who ride motorcycles whether we have committed criminal acts or not.
This method of profiling has recently escalated to those who simply ride Harley Davidson motorcycles while wearing what the government classifies as Biker apparel. If you have followed the recent news articles concerning bikers, you have noticed all the so-called exploratory raids, safety checks and traffic stops by law enforcement agencies. During some traffic stops, they have gone so far as collecting DNA from motorcycle riders.
This is unlawful profiling, and is being done to intimidate and discourage riders from enjoying the freedom and protection guaranteed by the Constitution. Such tactics are being used by our governments against a growing group of citizens who ride Motorcycles.

Let me show you the standards of conduct for the government as stated by the U.S. Supreme Court; and the consequences if those standards are not followed:
"Decency, security, and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the same rules of conduct that are commands to the citizens. In a government of laws, existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for the law; it invites everyman to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy." Omstead v United States, 277 U.S. 438 (1928).

History always repeats itself when members of a society allow their government to selectively target, punish and deny a group their citizen’s rights by standing quietly by without any objection.

"Profiling" is a crime! Let us not forget that we also have a Constitutional Right to seek Redress from the Government’s unlawful actions through the Courts. We can no longer remain silent while these government lawbreakers deny motorcycle riders equal protection under the law. It's time for motorcycle riders everywhere to band together and fight this battle in the Courts.
