San Francisco Police shoot man in wheelchair

As government officials and politicians call for toning down angry rhetoric opposed to out of control government, because of how angry rhetoric influences stupid people, here is a reminder that violence and killings are NOT the sole domain of paranoid schizophrenics such as Jared Lee Loughner.
San Franciso police were recently caught on video shooting someone in a wheelchair.

Will the police claim they were in danger? Will they say they couldn't come up on him from behind? Will they say they do not have to think of such things because they are authorized to use force when someone resists an order? I think the truth is that it was a slow day for bullying and exercising their authority, so they decided to play God. Why? Because they can.
I'll tone down the rhetoric when cops stop shooting people in wheelchairs, and stop shooting deaf wood carvers who do not hear orders.
