Michigan Helmet Law repeal bill submitted on 1st day of new legislature session.

"MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – The new state legislature in Michigan got right down to business during its first days in session.
On Thursday, house members introduced 85 new bills and half a dozen resolutions.
Some of the proposals include repealing a surcharge on the Michigan business tax and eliminating the mandatory helmet law in some circumstances."
This bill includes compromises that should never have been agreed to in past bills, but we have alot of friends in this new legislature that Abate members worked hard to get elected. Including the Lt. Governor, the Secretary of State, and a bunch of new Reps. and Senators.
Its not a matter of "if" this year, its "when", and with the removal of what concessions.
