By JIM SECKLER/The Daily News

KINGMAN — Trials have now been set for six of the seven members of the two motorcycle clubs allegedly involved in a June 2009 fight at a Bullhead City bar.
Clifford Daniel Balentine, 55, of Bullhead City, Stephen Michael Helland, 61, of Golden Valley, James Troy Snider, 46, of Kingman and Dale Leroy Hormuth, 50, of Kingman, Rudolfo Jon Martinez, 46, Gerald Roy Smith, 48, both of Rimrock, and George Edward Walters, 54, are charged with felony charges of riot and assisting in a criminal street gang.
Superior Court Judge Steven Conn set Hormuth, Helland, Smith and Martinez’s trial to begin May 17. The judge also took under advisement a motion to disclose parts of Walters’ interview with police. The four defendants’ cases were recently reassigned from Judge Rick Williams to Conn.
Balentine and Snider’s trial was already set to begin March 29, also before Conn. A warrant has been issued for Walters, whose case is also before Conn.
A multi-agency task force, including Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City and Flagstaff police officers, the Mohave and Coconino County sheriff’s office and officers from the Arizona Department of Public Safety Gang Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission, took part in the six-month investigation following a fight June 11, 2009, at Lazy Harry’s Sunshine Saloon in Bullhead City between alleged members of the Hells Angels and the Vagos Motorcycle Clubs.
