Man Charged With 5 Counts Of Homicide
PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- The man charged with the deaths of five motorcyclists over the summer waived his preliminary hearing Tuesday.

Cab driver Alfred Moore is charged with five counts of homicide by vehicle for the June crash.

Moore is a longtime diabetic and had low blood sugar when he crossed lanes into three oncoming motorcycles, police said.
