Deputy Pleas To Under The Influence Charge
A Kern County Sheriff's deputy took a plea deal Thursday on drug charges.
Roger Dixon plead no contest to one count of being under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm. Two other charges were dismissed.
Dixon was arrested at his home in northwest Bakersfield in August of this year. He was charged with using methamphetamine while on the job and had initially plead not guilty.
Since their so righteous, I hope they start cracking down on all these deputies going to the bar and drinking...........while carrying concealed. Or perhaps when they go to BBQ at the park or at a friend's house........while carrying concealed. WTF. I can't believe the SD is acting so self-righteous about this one.
SOUNDS LIKE THERE HELPING THERE OWN AGAIN!!!!
