THREE of the people arrested during a special police operation aimed at bringing down organised crime involving outlaw motorcycle gangs have had their cases adjourned.
Scott William Hayes, Tina Louise Nunns and Timothy James Truss will all front the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court in January.
On July 1 police from Hervey Bay CIB, Task Force HYDRA and teams from the State Operations Command joined forces to form Operation Ice Bobcat.
Through telephone intercepts, covert police officers and surveillance police gathered evidence including cash, drugs and valuable intelligence information on local drug rings.
On October 28, a team of 26 police from CIB, HYDRA, the Bomb Squad, Corrective Services officers and numerous drug and firearm detection dogs executed multiple search warrants across Hervey Bay.
During the course of the operation three meth labs were also found.
The first was at O'Regan's Creek Road, Toogoom, in September where Hayes was arrested.
He was charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, possession of a prohibited combination, producing dangerous drugs, supplying dangerous drugs, unlawfully possessing a substance and obstructing a police officer.
His lawyer appeared on his behalf yesterday and he remains in custody.
The other two labs were found in Honiton Street, Torquay, where guns were also located and in Kingston Court, Point Vernon.
Nunns, who faces charges of failing to dispose of a needle, possessing utensils and two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and Truss, who also faces two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and possessing a utensil, fronted court and were released on bail.
Since the operation began 14 people have been arrested and 101 charges have been laid.
Police expect to lay more charges as investigations continue.
