Australia, Finks bikie member jailed for blackmail ....

OFF THE WIRE
AAP
A member of the Finks bikie gang demanded $50,000 from another man, threatening to break his arms and legs and kneecap him if he didn't pay up, an Adelaide court has heard.
Guy Paul Landon, 44, was found guilty of blackmail over the demands, which came after he was named as a member of the bikie gang in a Family Court case in 2007.
Passing sentence in the South Australian District Court on Monday, Judge Geoffrey Muecke said the victim still feared for his safety and had nightmares about being chased and beaten.

At one stage, Landon told his victim that members of the Finks would be lining up to hammer him, break his arms and legs and kneecap him if he didn't pay the money.
At his jury trial, Landon denied making the threats but said he had asked the victim for $10,000 to help set up the man's former partner and child in a new home.
He also refused to answer a number of questions about his involvement with the Finks and the activities of the club.
Landon was jailed for four years and six months with a non-parole period of two years and six months.
