Indiana, Warrants issued for abduction

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - According to police, on Wednesday a man reported that he had been abducted.

He said the people who took him tied him to a chair, beat him up and held him for days at a building at 19th and Maple.

He told police, for two days, different people rotated through the location to watch him.

But on Wednesday, with a broken jaw and cuts to his face and head, the man cut the zip ties and escaped.

This all while the person watching him was asleep.

Police believe Phil Mannebach, Dustin Coffey and Travis Umphries are the three who took the man.

They said at least one could be connected to the Sons of Silence motorcycle gang.

Police will not release any information about the victim to protect his safety.
