Australia, Bikie club members bailed over Zervas killing

Map: Lakemba 2195 Three members of bikie clubs charged with conspiring to murder a rival gang member in Sydney have been granted bail.

In October, Herbert Laupepa, 28, became the sixth man charged with conspiring to murder Hells Angel member Peter Zervas, who was shot outside his mother's home at Lakemba in Sydneys south-west last year.

The shooting was a week after his brother, Anthony Zervas, was bashed to death in a fight between Comanchero and Hells Angels members at Sydney airport.

In Central Local Court, a magistrate granted Laupepa bail after the payment of a bond of $150,000.

Brothers Richard Fong and Christopher Fong were also granted bail on charges of conspiring to murder Mr Zervas and of participating in a criminal group.
