NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.—The founding pastor of a Christian motorcycle club won't serve any jail time for a brawl with Hell's Angels in Orange County that ended with two stabbings.

Sixty-two-year-old Philip Aguilar was sentenced last week to probation and time already spent in jail for the 2008 bar fight in Newport Beach.

Prosecutors dropped three felony charges, including street terrorism, after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor of being a prohibited person owing ammunition.

Aguilar is a convicted felon who turned to Christianity in prison and founded the Set Free Soldiers, an Anaheim-based motorcycle club.

Aguilar, his son and others were arrested after the waterfront brawl and after authorities found guns and ammo at homes owned by Set Free.
