Another in a long line of "successes."

The short version - and I guess what we really care about -
I got a copy of the Order After Hearing; It reads....
"Court dismisses case for insufficient evidence."

I'll take it. Since I am a little short on time lately, not every case needs to go to the appeal step.

Mac and I enjoyed a good cigar afterward.
